The Atrium

We had a wonderful stay at The Atrium (March 2024 - September 2024) and a large part of that was due to Jake. He was incredibly helpful, competent, and social, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. His presence brought a sense of security and made the area feel welcoming and pleasant. Jake’s dedication and approachability were truly appreciated, and his engagement made a positive impact on our experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Atrium, and Jake played a key role in making it memorable.

I’m not sure what’s going on with the company that owns this place but it’s gone downhill quite quickly in the last year. Despite the continued increase in rent for people who want to continue to live in this community, they are offering lower prices for new residents. Along with no renovations, and a complete lack of care for the property. The grass is over a foot in some places and we have leaves still on the ground from fall. The amount of mold that can be seen under them is a cause for concern. If you are looking for a place to stay, avoid it. Also the amount of people who come by to get assistance from the office management who discover this new policy of them only being here 2 days a week for a full total of 8 hours is awful. Do some research on Steward and Helm. Apparently they just want to milk this community for their cash without upholding their end of the deal of being a landlord. Furthermore I want to make it clear none of my frustrations are aimed at their maintenance man has always been really great. He is always kind and always working so hard all by himself to work on all of these units. He needs more help!

⸻ I love living at The Atrium, and much of that is thanks to the staff. The maintenance is top notch and Jake is always so quick and willing to respond. He is kind, knowledgeable and efficient. His presence makes me feel safe and well cared for. The property is truly fortunate to have him—he’s a valuable asset. I’m very thankful to call this place home.

All comments about the management team here are true. They only work on Tuesday and Thursday. Please don’t trust their official website's working hours (9:00-5:00), as no one is in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you try to contact them for an apartment application, no one will return your call. Now I understand why they have seven available apartments during this warm moving season—they have the worst management team.

We had the pleasure of living at this complex from December 2021 to December 2024, and it was truly a 5-star experience! The maintenance team, led by Jake, was exceptional—always thorough, efficient, and dependable. Jake’s friendly demeanor and dedication made us feel safe and well taken care of. He cares and always found a solution. On the administrative side, Leslie was a true professional. She handled everything with such ease and efficiency, creating a sense of trust that ensured all our concerns were addressed promptly. Her communication was always clear and reassuring, making the whole process of living here smooth and stress-free. The amenities were fantastic, especially the pool, which quickly became a favorite spot for relaxation. The community itself felt incredibly safe, with a welcoming atmosphere that made it a truly fantastic place to call home. We can’t recommend this complex highly enough—thanks to Jake, Leslie, and the wonderful community for making our time here so memorable!

The staff and maintenance at the Atrium are absolutely professional, communicative, time efficient and caring to their residents. They are always informative and energized. They make the grounds and housing experience feel safe, warming and friendly. Highly recommended to anyone to invest in the living environment here. The maintenance is always professional, courteous and timely! Never a need to repeat a work order as the first repair is done thoroughly and presented to the resident what, how and why on the service provided. They respect your space and always extend their services when needed.

Pretty sure no one actually works here. Over the past month I've tried several times to view an apartment and no one has returned a call. Not sure who runs this complex but for the area they shouldn't have this many opening. Ended up renting somewhere else.
