10/19/2025 Jasmine is a treasure. She was so kind and helpful. I had to go to the physical location because the website would not let me place my order. The website SUCKS! Customer service after 2 on line chats lost connection and talked to a person. Per website you could order and pick up the next day. Per customer service that was not an option. I love the physical store. Skip the website, wrong information.

The end two employees that I dealt with while at Petco during my purchase were excellent and very helpful. They were knowledgeable and were very friendly and kind. I will go back again to this store and purchase more aquarium equipment later on.

With all the BAD reviews I don't need to visit this store and you can forget PetSmart for grooming way to high. I Love my little buddy to much to trust this place. If you want a good groomer take your family member to Head's to Tail's on hwy 31, and I trust the girls there.

I can’t comment on any of the other locations but this one. This Petco is the most inconsiderate business I have ever frequently. I’m 53 years old and have a hard time walking due to A injury. So I make appointments when ever possible to make sure I’m not standing around for long periods of time.!long story short I made a appointment to get my dog groomed and when I got there I was told the grooming department was closed that day. Then they told me if I could give them a few minutes they would reschedule me. I replied I didn’t need help to reschedule I needed a little Respect of my time By calling me to let me know not to drive all the way up there and waste my time. At know time did I hear an Apology or anything just them Thinking the correct action is to schedule me another appointment that there’s no guarantee they will keep. One more customer lost. Someone needs to let them know that the Grooming service is the only service they have that can’t be accomplished online. And if they Can’t show a little more appreciation for the actual customers they have then eventually they will be out of a job.

Stop by at 7:45 pm The associate does not greet me but rather says “ I’m closing early . This is my last customer “ Stop by the following evening The associate waiting by the automatic doors says “ how much you need ? We are closing soon “ I replied “ you close at 9 and walked past the associate with poor manners and lack of etiquette. I am buying $68 a bag cat food so please do better

Very disappointed with my experience at this Petco. I am almost 17 years old and yes, I know you need to be 18 to purchase an animal. I waited over an hour for my sister who is 20 to come help me get the Guinea pigs because my parents have to work. I have owned them before and have my own cage. She came up and checked my sisters id, but then I showed interest in their BOGO 50% off and that’s when she started coming up with excuses not to sell me them. The manager said it couldn’t be my money to pay for it since I’m not the adult? She then asked if I had a cage for it and she explained I needed one or she wouldn’t sell it to me. I explained that I had one and she said I couldn’t get it without a setup. Sorry I don’t wanna spend 200$ on an overpriced Petco cage when I’m already buying the animal and it’s food and other necessities. She told me to go get my parents and come back. It seemed she was looking for any reason not to sell me these Guinea pigs. If I’m old enough to drive and work and make my own money, I feel I should be able to pay for a small animal. Money is money and not everyone’s family has time and money for this. Well they won’t be getting mine. I’m sorry if this is a policy and I am wrong but I feel that cash is cash and you shouldn’t judge your customers trying to spend a good amount of money at your establishment if they meet your requirements.

Great Service and Friendly employees. Can be busy at times but employees work hard to move the line. Store has good inventory.

This is the only store where we constantly encounter staff members that lie to us. Today, someone named Lisa rudely pretended that she does not know about the 10% nutrition discount that comes together with Vital Care Premier membership. I had to go to another Petco across the bay, where I had a great experience (as I always do). Of course, your shop can ignore yet another one star review, except we spend $200-250 per week on premium food, which comes out to quite a lot of money annually that you will now lose thanks to Lisa. If you are paying for the Vital Care Premier, and if you come to this shop, watch your pockets, because this particular location routinely pretends to not know about the discounts that come with membership.
