We have been without an ice maker for weeks and weeks because we could not get an installer scheduled to uninstall our fridge, out while protecting our wood floors of course, and then re-install it after the repair. Suzanne and Charlie ( the Ops Mgr) made it happen in one follow-up call to them. I am SOLD on using them for every future appliance purchase and will be taking them goodies soon to show my appreciation! Thank you Charlie and thank you Suzanne!!!

We’ve purchased a number of appliances from Mobile Appliance in the last 3-4 years. Not only are their prices better than Lowe’s, Home Depot and big box stores but they are friendly, helpful and all about customer service. They recently resolved an issue we had due to a mistake we made measuring for our new dishwasher. They exchanged the appliance and made sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend them!!

I see someone ordered and received a speed queen on 11/28 and it was delivered 2 days later. We ordered ours from them the 1st week of November and then added pedestals. We still HAVE NOT received and they say they have no idea when it is supposed to arrive, though it was promised November 27th and then December 5th. They wanted us to pay with a check or cash. I used a credit card and was charged an extra fee. Now I wonder if I need to ask for a refund or just dispute the charges. I have called several times and they don't answer or return calls. They did call back today and spoke with my husband only to say they have escalated inquiry, but don't have our machines or know when they will arrive. Very disappointing.

I purchased a refrigerator and gas range from Mobile Appliance4. The refrigerator did not cool right out if the box and after 2 days I finally received a text that someone out of Bessemer might be available almost a week from now to tell me that the refrigerator is defective. Do not buy anything from this business.

I was needing to replace a built in microwave. After an in person visit and a separate phone call to Mobile Appliance's Daphne location, I can't get the salesman to call me back. Their service has definitely gone down hill since we originally purchased all of our appliances from them. Benson Appliance was glad to get my business!

Our microwave recently died. A friend told me about Mobile Appliance, so I gave them a call. They had a comparable microwave in stock for less than the price of the big box stores. Just bought a washer and dryer from these folks. Gave them the model number, a credit card number and the deal was done in less than 5 minutes. Their prices are as good as or better than other appliance stores. Highly recommended.

you might think that you'll save money by going to Lowe's or home Depot or Best buy. You're very very wrong. You're going to end up saving money if you go to Mobile appliance. So far they have saved me hundreds of dollars on just a few appliances. Add to that, this is a locally owned company, a mom and pop. This means that when they make a profit that profit stays here in town. It doesn't go to North Carolina or somewhere else. Not to say that we are better or they are worse or anything like that, but when you spend a dollar do you want to pave the streets in North Carolina or here where you live? the answer of course is yes North Carolina is better but we're stuck here aren't we?
