We loved it. The associates were very helpful and you can order on line and they will come straight to your house

I dont like shoping at dicks for various reasons but I am going to give this Dicks a 5 star review. We went in to find my daughter some soccer cleats. We could not find her size on the shelf. I asked for help and the employee went well above and beyond to help us. I can safely say I have not been to a store and seen much less experienced that good of customer service in years.

4/5

The store is clean, well organized, and the employees are helpful. I consider DSG a premium option amongst sporting goods stores. Their prices are typically higher than their competitors. I rarely make a purchase here unless the item is on sale. If you don't mind paying extra for the sake of convenience, DSG is. Great option.

Joel was awesome. His vibes were very personable and he helped us out with getting the right shoes for the occasion. Sarah at check out was very informative in regards to getting signed up for the rewards system and super sweet as well. My girlfriend afterwards said she wanted to be friends with her.

My experience with Davis was BEYOND exceptional! He is a very pleasant individual I accidentally pressed highly dissatisfied but I was overly satisfied with his customer service!!!

3/5

Was disappointed in the inventory. They sell water sports items but only one style of enclosed water shoes.

Marleigh was great I accidentally hit dissatisfied at check out on the pos!!!

Price gouging at its finest. They should be ashamed of themselves $58.00 for a case of prime when it is $28.99 everywhere else.
