Cullman Appliance & HVAC Repair LLC

Fantastic service! Even though my stove decided to work when Adam showed up he was honest, and professional. He took the time to check everything, explain what the issue may have been and made sure I understood if if acted up again within the 90 days i was covered under the service call. It’s rare to find someone so friendly. Highly recommend!

My serviceman Adam was great! He introduced himself. Polite and friendly. Looked at the washer and knew the issue. Explained to me the problem and quoted me a price. I just wish every serviceman was this nice. Thank you Adam. Thumbs up 👍🏻.

Adam was a super personality with a great knowledge of the appliances...he was thorough and explained many things about our machine while examining it that we did not know. It was a pleasure to have him here and we await his return to repair our appliance. You all have a WINNER in Mr Adam!!! Thank you! The Gibsons

Adam was absolutely amazing, gave his honest, experienced advice and recommendations on our washing machine. Very quick and had GREAT communication and people skills. Will ask for him everytime.

I have used Cullman Appliance Repair several times previously and they never disappoint. Ben was curtious, on-time, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue with my refrigerator at a fair price. They are my go to for all appliance repair work.

Im so impressed with Cullman Appliance Repair and especially Adam Roberts. After 3 previous attempts from repairmen from LG, Adam saved the day. He was professional and courteous, and successfully addressed the problems in a matter of minutes after many months of hassles. Adam addressed all my concerns with the LG refrigerator and I’m confident the repairs will be appropriately handled in a speedy manner. I would like to request that Adam is scheduled to return when the necessary parts arrive. I’ll definitely keep the Cullman Appliance card for future reference

Isaac was exceptional, courteous and knowledgeable. He patiently helped me weigh my options between repair and purchase of new dishwasher. I decided to purchase a new model and Isaac thoroughly detailed the installation process and helped me make the most cost effective and quality decision. Highly recommend Cullman Appliance Repair and ask for Isaac!

Our refrigerator stopped cooling at some time on Thursday afternoon, and we realized it around 6pm. Too late for any action, just our luck... I searched repair listings on Friday morning, and decided on Cullman Appliance and HVAC Repair. I called, Rhonda took some details from me, and after a brief hold, she explained she was trying to get me on the day's schedule. She promised to call back as soon as she had me scheduled... Rhonda called back about 5 minutes later, advising she had an appointment for 2:45pm if I could accommodate it! I gladly agreed! Adam arrived a few minutes early, and after some quick diagnostics, isolated the problem. He had the right part on his truck, and had the faulty part replaced in 15 minutes! He was very informational and his conduct was the pinnacle of professionalism! I'm sure the company is proud to have BOTH Rhonda and Adam on their team!
