Weathers Ace Hardware

Excelente

Oh my .. a wonderful place to purchase your needs! The young man that helped us was amazing! We drove an hour and 45 to this store. Well worth it... not your average Ace. Thank you Weathers for having the old time customer service that you can't get anywhere else!!!

I visited Ace to have key programmed, Customer service associates were nice. Although I couldn't get key programmed because I didn't have vehicle at the store.. Guess that was my misunderstanding.. but overall, they were nice after the situation.. I also visited Ace in Attalla, Alabama, and the young man behind the counter was very polite and helpful..

I was looking for a part online. The Ace Hardware website said they had a part in stock, and just to be sure, I called the store and they confirmed that yes, they had it. The next day I drove to the store, and they didn't have it. Giving an extra star because two of the three employees I spoke with were very polite, professional, and proactive in trying to find it.

Most all of the staff are very helpful and extremely nice. My only complaint is that some of the younger guys aren't very knowledgeable about things. Instead of having someone who is help (even when I suggested it), they assured me they had it. They gave me multiple parts that did not fit one another. Of course, I didn't realize until i got home to work on the project. I highly recommend the store just hope these guys would ask if they aren't sure.

This has to be the most useless not knowing anything about anything store I have ever been to. Well let me rephrase that the employee that was supposed to help me was a knuckle head just didn't understand what I was telling him. This was what I ask for I need to go from 1/2" brass male to PVC 1/2" Female so I need an adapter. I don't understand if both are 1/2" why do you need an adapter. Because brass threads are different from plastic they won't work together.Nah you don't know what your talking about this is what you want. Sir that's not gonna work the brass won't screw into the plastic. No your wrong This is what you need I gave up paid for something I knew wouldn't work because I already had the exact pieces. Threw those out the window going through Red Apple went to Mountain Top hardware told the man what I needed gave me the two I needed $4.00 compared to 12.56

It's a hometown little hardware store and it usually has what we need however they are a little pricey. But I guess I get what u pay for lol All the employees are always nice and helpful and knowledgeable of our needs. We will keep using.

My husband and I shop here all the time. The staff are super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help. David has been able to help my husband on numerous occasions with his Stihl chainsaw. David has been a great help with any questions we have had. Thank you we will be back this is the friendliest Ace we have ever had the pleasure of visiting.
