Boaz Glass LLC

I requested a quote to replace glass in my French doors. I received a quote, but they never showed up to do the work. When I called, the woman I spoke with said she'd have her supervisor (or whoever it was) call me back. I never received a call back from anyone. Definitely do not recommend these people.

We called on a Wednesday to have a windshield replaced. We showed up on the date and time they told us to be there on Friday. At first they acted like we never called I even had to show them my call log to prove I called. They did not have the windshield in and they never called us back to inform us it had not yet arrived. We drove an hour for nothing. I would have been nice to know.

I called this place of buisness to make sure they were open at 11:20. I spoke with a woman about bringing my mirror frame and getting a quote on a new mirror. She said come on. I said that I was on my way then. However, when I got there at 11:40, the door was locked, and no one was in the place of business. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Unlike some others here, I had a terrible experience with Boaz Glass. I'm not sure how they got the good reviews and question who actually did them, especially the ones with no comments and only stars (staff, friends, family). I have no idea if it is the office staff, the window staff, or all of the above, but here is my story. I had called Boaz Glass almost weekly since July 15. Yep, almost 2 months. They always told me they would check on it and get back to me - NEVER called me back one time, but they always verified my cell number (for what, I have no idea!). I called them at least 5 times between July 15 and the third week in August. They said they had gone out to look at it, but it was a "special kind of glass" that they would need to get and they were having to get a price and get back to me. Two weeks later, I called them (again)! At that point, I was told that she would reach out to the man who did the visit and get back to me. I never heard back at all. I would never recommend them. Luckily, I found someone from a company that actually has customer service, that took 2 weeks from the time I called him. He came out, gave a quote, ordered the glass, and put it in in 2 weeks. Now that, is customer service - not the run around and no follow up.

Friendly people that do quality work . Had my windshield changed while I waited.

They were able to get my mirror piece cut to spec and in my hands the same day! Really appreciated that. Ordering was super simple as well

Unprofessional company Had an appointment and they were no-show and no call

Excellent customer service! The service ALL AROUND was Spectacular! From the pleasant ladies working the desks in the front office area, to the gentleman who replaced my back windshield (which had been shattered) back 2 as good as new. I was having somewhat of a stressful day, but everyone at this business put a smile on my face 😀 thank you to Boaz Glass LLC
