From the moment we walked in the door Josh was ready to help us find the perfect mattress. He asked questions about our current sleep patterns and what we’d like to improve. After trying several mattresses in store, we settled on the FlexTop Climate Cool smart bed in a King Flexfit 2

Josh was very knowledgeable about each bed and really took his time with us. We had to think about it and he stayed in touch throughout the process until we made a decision. Jamal was super helpful as well, in Josh’s absence. They were both wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend them!

Jamal was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the Sleep Number bed I was interested in. I just have to wait 28 days for my bed to be delivered. That seemed like a long time. I am surprised that they would deliver to our house since we live so far away. Can’t wait to sleep on the bed. It was very comfortable and cooling!

Josh was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We went to other mattress stores to test out options and ultimately returned to Sleep Number for his expertise and customer service. 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to try out our sleep number!

From start to finish, Jamal was friendly, professional, and truly focused on making sure we were satisfied. He answered all my questions about the bed setup and features with patience and clarity. What really stood out was how committed he was to making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. He even followed up to ensure everything was in process for the delivery date. We had a wonderful experience with this Sleep Number store. Josh Foxworth explained everything to us and answered all our questions. We did not feel rushed or pressured to buy. They were nice enough to work with us when we had to hold off on the delivery for several months including rescheduling when our bedroom remodel wasn’t completed on time to receive it. Carlos and another worker delivered it. The best experience I have ever had with a delivery. Carlos was very knowledgeable about the bed and showed us several features to help us get started. Everyone I encountered at the store were very helpful with a great attitude. I would highly recommend this store.

We stopped by today to check out Sleep Number beds and had such a great experience! When we walked in, Josh was already helping several other customers, but you would’ve never known he was working solo—he juggled everything so smoothly. Despite being busy, he made sure to take the time to walk us through all the different bed features and answer our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely funny, which made the whole experience enjoyable and easy. His ability to balance multiple customers while still giving everyone personalized attention was seriously impressive. We ended up purchasing a bed—not just because of the product quality, but because Josh made us feel confident and taken care of. If you’re thinking about visiting, definitely ask for Josh.
