Marlon was our repairman. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining what he found and what options existed to correct the problems. He quickly gained my trust. I would certainly contact him first if I ever encounter other problems with any of my appliances.

Marlon arrived when they said he would and asked me if I wanted to clean the area where my dishwasher was, the floor was covered in mice crap. I truly appreciated him bringing it to my attention instead of just putting the dishwasher back. He replaced the motor in no time. So happy to have my dishwasher working again!

Marlon and his son Justin did a great job for us. We had a leak coming from our water filter in our refrigerator. They identified our problem on the first visit and when they returned with the new part they had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. Working great now. Communication with the company was excellent. When we scheduled a time with them we would receive a text when they were en route and they arrived 15 minutes early both times. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

My refrigerator freezer quit. I called Appliance Mechanic and April scheduled a service call for me. She was very nice and professional. I had just dealt with another company about my stove and it was a nightmare. I received a text, when to expect the service and also a text when Marlon was on the way. The text had the service techs name and picture so I knew who to expect! Marlon was very nice and professional as well. He diagnosed the problem within a reasonable amount of time! I am very pleased with this company. I will definitely call them in the future.
