Tractor Supply Co.

Con mi tía siempre voy ay a comprar la comida de perros y gatos y es muy económico

I bought a lawn mower we today and I just have to say that it was the best thing I did today. The folks there were so nice and helpful. I wish all experiences were as pleasant as this one

Bought planter from the store that was priced for 25% off stated on sign all planters manager refused to change the price stated the sign was in wrong place I stated the sign said all planters and was just unprofessional about saying customer isn’t always right and that I didn’t have to purchase the planter I stated that’s false advertising wether the sign was in the wrong place or not it stated all planters 25% off

We went to tractor supply looking for fittings for a water hose. I was very impressed with how quickly I received help and how friendly the staff was. The prices were competitive and lower than the same retail items locally available. We really enjoyed the lawn and garden dept. We bought several hanging baskets at a steal of $12.99 each! They had a wide variety of beautiful healthy plants, both flowering and vegetables, to choose from. We also bought four chains to attach to our hanging baskets. We also stopped to look at the chicks. They were adorable! Cashier got us out the door and presented ways to save us a dollar or two.

Very friendly staff. Marie was extremely helpful. It's nice to find good customer service! Thank you!

drove 35 minutes to get a product that said there was 6 in stock, first the young dirty blonde girl said that they probably wernt actually in stock. so when i asked can someone go and look a young man said oh it’s probably in the back but it’s gong to take me 1-2 days to get it. So what happens if i did in store same day pick up online ? you just don’t do it or ? I was planning on spending over 600$ on raised garden beds and additional on equipment. but i will take my business to somewhere else. Do NOT COME HERE. managers are no help either ! rude and condescending over the phone

This is the worst Tractor Supply I have ever been to. Whoever manages this particular store location (774) needs to be fired and replaced. The workers completely ignored the customers when they needed help and seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves. One of the workers named Tosha was very loud and cantankerous, yelling and complaining the entire time I was shopping. She was so loud I could hear her clearly from the very back of the store! I’m calling her Tosha because that was the name on the receipt when she cashed me out—for all I know the woman could’ve been using one the other worker’s registers. And when she was checking me out at the cash register, she seemed annoyed that she actually had to do her job. A very negative and disrespectful woman. In addition to the awful customer service, the men’s bathroom looked like it hadn’t been stocked or cleaned in months. There was only one stall available because the other stall and urinal were both out of order. And when I entered the bathroom stall, there was an empty condom wrapper on the floor next to the toilet… complete and utter filthiness!! After this experience, it’s safe to say that I will NEVER return to this Tractor Supply location again.

Tractor supply in Arab Al store 774 is one of the worst tractor supply companies I’ve ever been to. The store was extremely unkept, the 2 female employees ranting and complaining so loud the whole store could hear them. One repeatedly telling customers how she’s been off for 11 days and don’t know where anything is and can’t help them find anything. When I took my son into the restroom two toilets out of order, one was leaking piss into a bag and the only one available had poop wiped on it and a used condom sitting next to it. DISGUSTING! When we finally made it to check out Tosha was so rude I about threw my items in her face. She was bothered to help, continued her conversation complaining with the other employee, huffed that I asked for a receipt and walked off immediately and never asked if I wanted my items in a bag. Awfully experienced! I’ll drive 45 minutes to the other TSC to avoid this store. Everyone beware of Tosha!
