Farmers Home Furniture | Albertville, AL

I take responsibility for my debts but when their system doesn’t pull up existing accounts and then 5 months later you are being treated like you (customer) are avoiding paying instead of taking responsibility for the glitch in their system. Will never do business here again. P.s. I don’t intend for debt to be forgiven just a little flexibility and arrangements for payment as I asked about existing account before actually signing new contract and I was given a “there is no prior agreement.”

Bueno

Happy with the prices and staff has been great but really disappointed they let me load up a lawn mower they didn't test. Get it home and I had to plug up the battery, the seat safety switch, and put a full tank of gas in it just for it to crank up but not move so now it's going go be another few days before I can get yard mowed.

Very kind, professional help. Gage is the best! This is the 2nd time he's took care of needs and answered all questions. Thank you

The furniture is amazing but the customer service has a long way to go . I have called countless times to have my receipt from my furniture purchase and no one seems to care because I didn’t use their line of credit. Each time I call their customer service it’s automated. This needs to be fixed overall , very unprofessional.

Was approved then not! Why? Wasn't offered an explanation and was given dirty looks from employee. Lost out on further sales in 2 weeks when I get 12000 back on taxes. Really should educate your employees for around tax time.

Little late on delivery due to unforseen reasons but overall purchase and delivery was very well executed! we'll keep you in mind for future purchases.
