Cook & Sons Ace Hardware Inc

Always a pleasure to shop here, staff goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. I have been here multiple times and will continue to go back. Employees are eager to help, relatable and make you feel comfortable and not out of place like many other places do especially if you have questions and not sure what you need they’ll help you find your best solution without making you feel dumb. Special shoutout to Ingrid, bud, and another guy who’s name I’m unsure of that helped me today to figure out a paint situation. This place gives off that small town hardware store energy I’d chose it over Lowe’s (that’s also a shorter drive) any day.

Our local Ace closed down so we were happy to find this 1 that was only a short drive from home. The staff here are beyond friendly. They treat you like you were their lifelong friends. Can’t say enough about the staff.

I needed a good quality bronze cabinet pinch roller latch. Same brand thin galvanized poor quality cabinet hardware Lowes sells. Have to go online to get hardware I want.

Very friendly staff. Great attitudes. Great prices. We go often to fill out food truck's propane tank.

I went to marvins in Albertville and I did not have a good experience so I walk out. I went to here and from the moment I walk in I got greeted from Mr. Mike and ask I needed help told him what I need and he knew immediately what I needed he was very knowledgeable and super nice. After I went to check out Tammy help me out on warranty and safe me $5 discount! Thank you so much I had a great experience it was easy and to the point. Most definitely I will come back!

The staff is always wonderful. I usually just have to walk in and tell him what I need and they go get it. I appreciate that.

I thoroughly enjoy shopping here! I can always find what I need and the customer service is outstanding. David and Steve go above and beyond. They are always helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. They. are a definate asset to your store!
