I called yesterday because dryer died… and less than 24 hours later I have a working dryer! Great service! Nobody else wanted to deal with my samsung!

Our refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling effectively and we were sweating about having to buy a new one right before Christmas. I called Byrds and they came out the next day….working like a charm so far. Great service, worth a try to save some $$ in this tight economy. Very pleased.

I scheduled warranty service through my appliance manufacturer, then discovered the issue may be easy to fix with the installers. I called Byrd to discuss postponing or cancelling my service visit until the installers can take a look. He was very rude right off, did not answer professionally, and said "well I am 2-3 weeks behind on warranty calls" and hung up. I called back trying to discuss my appointment, he said I would have an appointment when he calls me, then told me to call someone else because he wasn't going to deal with me.

Said he was too busy to do any work for me. And he was not a customer friendly person at all. I won’t use this business. Made me feel like I wasn’t needed. And didn’t care. No apology or anything. So my business went to the smiths. Thanks for not caring.

Mr.Byrd has been helping me with my appliances for years. He always does his best to save me money and get my appliances back in working order quickly. Nice, honest man who does his best to help his customers out.

Called to make appointment- was supposed to come on a Friday- no call on Friday- finally called the following Tuesday and came out. Dishwasher was leaking- Mr. Byrd looked at dishwasher said it was the arm that the water comes out of and said it was clogged- cleaned it and said that fixed the problem- started running the dishwasher to make sure it was fixed. Byrd left as dishwasher was running and before he got to the end of street dishwasher was leaking. Called him to come back since problem wasn’t fixed. He said just to let it run and it would probably stop leaking- wouldn’t come back. Charged $90 - I wouldn’t recommend this company
